Centering Prayer is an ancient form of Christian contemplative prayer. Come learn this simple yet profound method of opening our minds and hearts to God, the Ultimate Mystery, and deepening our faith in God’s abiding presence. It is not reflective or spontaneous prayer, but resting in God’s presence, beyond thoughts, words, and emotions.
