Sophie Caesar, our very own Young Adult in Global Mission (ELCA), will be with us on Zoom from the little town of Beit Sahour near Bethlehem, Palestine.

Sophie is bringing her host family “mom” Suzan, who is a university librarian. Suzan and her husband Awad have three boys, two of which attend the Lutheran School in Beit Sahour. Her family is Orthodox Christian. Suzan studied Religion at Bethlehem University and is currently earning her MA in Cultural Institutions Management from Dar al-Kalima University.

Sophie and Suzan will be sharing photos and commentary.
