What does it mean to seek truth in a world where reality itself can feel uncertain? From questions of faith and science to the influence of politics, privilege, and AI, many of us are wrestling with what is true—and how we know. Young adults (ages 18–40) are invited to gather for an evening of relaxed, meaningful conversation with others from a variety of faith communities. We’ll share a meal, hear a brief reflection to spark thought, and engage in both small and large group dialogue. Near the end, we will reflect on how it went and whether we would like to meet again. Whether you come with questions, convictions, or curiosity, there’s a place for you at the table.
Sponsored by four Beaverton-area congregations—Spirit of Grace, Cedar Hills United Church of Christ, St. Andrew Lutheran, and Christ United Methodist Church Cedar Mill—this is a first-time experiment in community and conversation. Come help shape it! For more information, contact Sophie Caesar or Pastor Robyn.
